China on Monday executed a man who killed 35 people and injured dozens more when he drove his car into a crowd exercising outside a stadium in the southern city of Zhuhai in November, in what was the country’s deadliest attack in a decade. A 21-year-old former student who killed eight people in a mass stabbing attack the same month has also been executed, state media said.
