Leading exhibitor-turned-producer Sunil Narang, who is releasing Dhanush’s next directorial venture Nilavaku En Mel Ennadi Kobam (Jabilamma Neeku Antha Kopama) in the Telugu states, praises the Tamil superstar’s versatility.

“After directing an intense action film like Raayan, Dhanush is now helming a new-age love story, showcasing his unmatched talent as both an actor and director,” says Sunil Narang.

Narang, who is also producing the Telugu film Kubera with Dhanush, shares a strong professional bond with the Tamil star. “Dhanush is not only a phenomenal actor but also highly professional. We are excited to release Jabilamma Neeku Antha Kopama, as it has the potential to resonate with the Telugu audience, who love fresh and engaging love stories,” he says.

The film also marks the debut of Dhanush’s nephew, Pavish Narayan, and promises a captivating romantic drama with soulful music, making it an ideal watch for millennials. “Directing a love story after an action-packed film like Raayan was a challenge, but Dhanush has pulled it off effortlessly. He is truly a powerhouse of talent,” Narang adds.

Speaking about Kubera, which stars Dhanush and Nagarjuna, Sunil describes it as a “casting coup of sorts.” “Bringing together an ace star like Nagarjuna and a powerhouse like Dhanush was a dream collaboration. We’ve also roped in Rashmika Mandanna and music director Devi Sri Prasad to deliver chartbuster tracks. It is one of the costliest Telugu productions ” he reveals.

Without disclosing exact budget figures, Narang hints at an action-packed adventure filled with twists and turns. “Director Sekhar has crafted a gripping saga, and we’re gearing up for a grand release in June,” he concludes.
